Reminds me so very much of my silver, white & black Maine Coon, Voltaire (I had just read Candide), who I acquired in the late 80's.

I had a kitty just like this one a long time ago,his name was Fuzzball
and he was as sweet as can be but one day he mysteriously disappeared
I hope whoever had him took good care of his every need.
